Job Summary We are looking for an  experienced Data Science Trainer  who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping industry-ready professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner.
This role involves  live training delivery, curriculum execution, doubt resolution, project guidance, and learner success ownership .

Key Responsibilities  Training & Delivery
Deliver  live instructor-led sessions  on Data Science concepts for working professionals and freshers
Teach core topics including:
Python for Data Science
Statistics & Probability
Data Analysis (Num Py, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Machine Learning (Supervised & Unsupervised)
Model evaluation & tuning
Introduction to Deep Learning (optional but preferred)
Conduct  hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world projects
Curriculum & Content
Follow and improve existing curriculum to match  industry standards
Create assignments, quizzes, mini-projects, and capstone projects
Share best practices, real industry use cases, and problem-solving approaches
Student Engagement & Mentorship
Resolve student doubts during and post sessions
Mentor learners on projects, Git Hub profiles, and career guidance
Track learner progress and provide feedback for improvement
Quality & Collaboration
Maintain high training quality and session discipline
Work closely with operations, placement, and academic teams
Collect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
Required

Skills & Qualifications  Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in  Python
Solid understanding of  Statistics, Probability, and Linear Algebra
Hands-on experience with  Machine Learning algorithms

Experience with  data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
Familiarity with tools like  Jupyter, Git, SQL
Exposure to  Deep Learning / NLP / Computer Vision  is a plus
Training & Communication
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex concepts in a  simple and structured way
Prior experience as a  trainer, mentor, or teaching assistant  is highly preferred
Experience & Education  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of industry experience  in Data Science / Analytics
3+ years of training or mentoring experience  preferred
