Design, build, and improve the client’s online platform
Implement new technology solutions following best practices
Ensure resiliency and availability of products
Collaborate effectively with the team
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
Hands on experience in Service Now modules:
Service Portal, HRSD, HR Onboarding & Transitions
Strong in JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL
Knowledge of SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular
JS/React) is a plus
Experience with scalable, maintainable application design
Agile/Scrum experience; leadership skills a plus
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Management
Micro-certifications:
Service Portal, Flow Designer, ATF, Integration Hub, HR Onboarding & Transitions
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
Experience in enterprise-level Service Now deployments
