Job Description:
Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business, functional, and non-functional requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Designing and optimizing business processes using BPMN-compliant models and tools
Translating business needs into comprehensive system requirements to support solution design, development, and implementation.
Partnering with cross-functional teams—including IT, UX/UI, and Product—to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives. Leading workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and project updates effectively.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, execution, and defect resolution, to ensure successful delivery.
Conducting enterprise-level analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Preparing feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate and support digital initiatives and investment decisions.
Facilitating change management efforts and contributing to training programs to promote successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Must have skills:
Salesforce Business Analyst, Sales and Service Cloud
