Role :

- Scrum Master - Embedded System
Experience :

- 5 to 10 Years
Location :

- Pune

Technical Knowledge  :

• Scrum Master Certification (SAFe SM, CSM or PSM I).

• Good knowledge on RTOS preferably Zephyr

• Demonstrated good knowledge of Embedded Firmware development with 16 Bit / 32 Bit Microcontrollers (STM
32, ESP
32)
Drives Continuous Improvement activities to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in addition to reducing operational waste

• Coaches the team on Agile Principles and ensures accountability.

• Should have experience of SAFe, Kanban and Scrum

• Facilitates all scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospectives. Also should be aware of all PI ceremonies too.

• Keeps the team focused on deliverables by working with team manager to remove impediments.

• Contributes to a positive, productive, fun, and inclusive team environment.

• Identifies purposeful metrics and measures team progress.

• Works closely with Product Owner to assist with various project administrative functions

• Work closely with team to guide the product from inception through delivery.
• Good knowledge of Git Hub, JIRA and Agile/SAFe methodologies
