About the Job
We are looking for an experienced  Service Now Consultant – CMDB / CSDM  who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CMDB and CSDM frameworks within the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB governance, and CSDM alignment to support enterprise IT operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description
We are seeking a Service Now Consultant with strong hands-on experience in CMDB and CSDM implementation. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining CMDB data models, aligning services with CSDM standards, and ensuring data accuracy, governance, and operational efficiency across ITSM and ITOM modules.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CMDB architecture within Service Now.
Implement and align CSDM framework with organizational service models.
Configure and manage ITSM and ITOM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Ensure CMDB data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance.
Integrate Service Now with external systems and monitoring tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
Provide best practices for CMDB health, data modeling, and service mapping.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
Qualification & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM / ITOM) – Preferred
CSDM implementation experience is highly desirable
