Oracle Cloud SCM – Presales Lead
Experience:
15–22 Years (Minimum 7+ years in Oracle SCM)
CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
Location:
India (Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Noida, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Dehradun)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Presales Leader to drive solutioning, customer engagement, and GTM initiatives. The role requires strong functional depth in Oracle SCM Cloud, presales expertise, and the ability to articulate business value to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Pre-Sales activities focused on Oracle SCM Cloud modules
Understand customer business challenges and propose end-to-end SCM solutions
Own and drive RFP / RFI responses , solution architecture, and estimations
Act as SME on SCM processes , identifying automation and AI-driven opportunities
Independently prepare and deliver product demos, POCs, and solution presentations
Present compelling value propositions and POVs to CXOs and senior stakeholders
Support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Vertical teams
Partner with delivery teams and support projects during execution, as required
Willingness to travel on short-term assignments (essential)
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules , including:
Inventory Management
Procurement
Order Management
Manufacturing
Maintenance
Supply Chain Planning
Solid understanding of end-to-end SCM processes , including:
Demand & Supply Planning
Warehouse Management
Transportation Management
Proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and presales engagements
Strong capability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
15–22 years of overall experience with deep Oracle SCM expertise
Strong blend of functional consulting + presales leadership
Customer-facing, consultative mindset with strategic thinking ability
Experience working with enterprise clients and large transformation deals
