We are seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Yardi Voyager Affordable modules . This role will be responsible for system administration, compliance configuration, troubleshooting, and optimizing the Yardi platform to support affordable housing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Yardi Voyager Affordable modules.
Configure and maintain compliance settings, including income limits, rent limits, and eligibility rules.
Manage system setup, user access, security roles, and workflow configuration.
Troubleshoot system and compliance issues, providing advanced support and resolving escalations.
Ensure system accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper implementation of updates.
Support system upgrades, testing, implementations, and process improvements.
Provide user support, training, and maintain system documentation as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with affordable housing software such as Yardi, Real Page, or MRI.
3+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager administration experience.
Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HUD, and HOME.
Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Mid-level accounting knowledge preferred.
Strong Excel and overall system skills.
Relevant affordable housing certifications (COS, BOS, TCS, STAR, COSA, C3P) preferred.
