- Support and troubleshoot IT systems, network infrastructure, and data management environments.
- Rapidly identify, triage, and resolve issues related to Reference Data and Eagle investment systems, escalating complex problems appropriately.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential issues to ensure system uptime.
- Respond effectively to incidents, maintaining detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Perform routine maintenance, daily operations, and handle high-priority support tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support workflow enhancements.
- Stay current with new support tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical teams and non-technical users.
- Develop a sound understanding of financial instruments, data flows, and market operations relevant to trading and fund management.
- Basic understanding of trading, fund accounting, investment banking, and capital markets concepts.
- Knowledge of Eagle STAR/PACE applications and modules is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to document incidents and resolutions systematically.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving support environments.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with users and technical teams.
