Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure Service Now ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management
- Integrate monitoring tools (e.g., SCOM, Solar Winds, Nagios, etc.) with Event Management.
- Design and maintain MID Servers and credentials for Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Build and maintain CMDB with accurate and up-to-date configuration items (CIs).
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver ITOM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless solution delivery.

Required Qualifications:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Service Now ITOM.

Strong understanding of Service Now CMDB, Discovery patterns, and CI relationships.

Experience with Event Management and integrating with third-party monitoring tools.

Good grasp of Service Mapping concepts and troubleshooting techniques.

Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and Power Shell/scripting for automation.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

Skills:

- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or Discovery.
- Experience in Cloud Discovery and Cloud Management.
- Exposure to ITOM Health (Health Log Analytics, AIOps).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
