Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Engineering

- Design and implement secure, scalable, and modular enterprise solutions enabling automation and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain workflow-based systems to streamline complex business processes.
- Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions to evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities.
- Ensure robust identity, access, and data protection mechanisms are embedded in all technical designs.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, including architecture designs and operational guidelines.

Intelligent Automation & Applied AI

- Integrate AI-driven capabilities into automation and decision-support workflows.
- Identify automation potential by analysing process flows and data patterns.
- Develop data-enabled solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transition prototypes into production-ready systems.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Apply structured risk management approaches to ensure responsible and transparent technology adoption.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Support auditability, traceability, and operational resilience within implemented systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Translate business and operational requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
- Work closely with architecture, platform, and data teams to ensure integration and scalability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization initiatives across the organization.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced engineering professional with:

- 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, enterprise system development, or automation delivery.
- Strong track record in designing scalable, automation-driven enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process optimization opportunities using data and advanced technologies.
- Practical experience working with AI-enabled technologies and a strong interest in rapidly evolving innovation domains.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments and secure system integration.
- Proficiency in backend development and API-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of secure design principles, identity management, and data protection standards.

- Experience with modern deployment practices and automated release pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.
