Job Description:

Oracle PBCS Consultant
We are seeking an Oracle PBCS Consultant with 4–5 years of end-to-end implementation and support experience across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will design and build PBCS models, lead client workshops, integrate PBCS with ERP/HR systems, and deliver reliable planning solutions with robust data governance and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design & Delivery:
Lead requirement workshops, design Planning models (Workforce, Cap Ex, OpEx, Revenue, Project Planning), and develop Calculation Manager rules (Groovy/Business Rules).
- Data & Integration:
Design data integrations using Data Management and Oracle EPM Integration Agent; build ETL mappings from systems like Oracle Fusion ERP, EBS, and SAP.
- Reporting & Analytics:
Develop executive-ready reports in Oracle Reports, Dashboards, and Smart View.
- Governance & Support:
Establish design standards, optimize performance, and provide user training and hypercare.
- Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to manage delivery scope and timelines.

Qualifications:

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PBCS / EPM Cloud Planning (at least 2 full-cycle implementations).
- Expertise in Planning Artifacts, Data Management, and Financial Data modeling.
- Solid understanding of FP&A processes (Annual budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Preferred:
Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
