Project Manager – Generative AI Specialist

Responsibilities
Lead GenAI Projects
Take end-to-end ownership of Generative AI projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.
Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and adapt as needed to achieve objectives.

Hands-On AI Expertise

Actively use Generative AI tools for day-to-day tasks, demonstrating how these tools can optimize processes and workflows.
Build automations or implement AI-based solutions that address specific business or technical challenges.
Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to achieve desired results from LLMs.

Collaboration & Business Analysis

Work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, validate, and document requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical specifications.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap development.

Innovation & Optimization

Continuously explore, experiment, and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize project workflows.
Define and prioritize product features, aligning them with business value and customer feedback.

Communication & Documentation

Prepare and deliver project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status updates.
Present project updates and findings to stakeholders and senior management clearly and effectively.

Requirements
GenAI Enthusiast

Extensive experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for automations, workflow optimization, and creative problem-solving.
Deep understanding of  prompt engineering  and optimizing interactions with LLMs to achieve desired outcomes.

Leadership & Project Management

Proven experience leading AI-driven projects, from inception to deployment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Technical & Analytical Skills

Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
Familiarity with Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and their integrations into projects.

Communication & Adaptability

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
Highly adaptable to working in hybrid and fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities with ease.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a similar role, ideally in AI or technology-focused environments.
