Senior AI​/ML Developer

At Nomiso, we’re building AI-powered solutions that solve real customer problems across products and operations. We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer who can combine strong ML expertise with business understanding to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Build and deploy AI/ML models using Python and modern frameworks
- Work with product, engineering, and business teams to solve real use cases
- Develop models for prediction, anomaly detection, RCA, NLP, and personalization
- Build data pipelines, prototypes, and scalable ML solutions
- Generate insights that drive product and customer impact
- Mentor and guide junior team members

Must Have

- 8+ years in AI/ML / Data Science
- Strong experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, SparkML
- 4+ years coding in Python (R/Scala/Go is a plus)
- Expertise in ML algorithms (regression, trees, NN, NLP)

- Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and real-world business problems
- Proficiency with Git and production ML workflows

Good to Have

- Experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
- Exposure to AWS (Sage Maker, S3, Lambda, etc.)

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, streaming systems (Kafka/Kinesis)
