Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Lending Business Analyst / Lead Business Consultant with strong experience in Commercial/Corporate Lending implementations .
The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to Deal Creation into Servicing (DCIS) and worked on at least one major Lending platform such as:
Finastra Loan IQ
nCino
AFS Vision
Temenos
This role involves leading end-to-end lending transformation programs, stakeholder management, regulatory alignment, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Drive Lending program roadmap & stakeholder alignment
Improve STP%, reduce latency, and optimize operational KPIs
Solution & Architecture
Define future-state lending operating model
Evaluate build vs buy vs integrate strategy
Requirements & Integration
Lead discovery workshops
Define business/functional requirements across loan lifecycle
Oversee transaction flow & data mapping
Controls & Compliance
Work with Compliance & Legal teams
Ensure regulatory adherence
Delivery & Testing
Lead SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing
Manage cutover & hypercare
Advisory & Practice Development
Conduct executive briefings
Mentor junior BAs
Support RFPs & pre-sales initiatives
Mandatory Skills
