Job Role - Firewall & AV Monitoring (Asst / Deputy Manager)

Job Location - Pune
Job type - Full time, onsite

Details of the Job :

- 1. Administration of Checkpoint Firewall and overall ownership for configuration/maintenance. Closely work with OEM/Vendor to identify and resolve security issues
2. Resolve issues related to Routing & Switching
3. Regular Monitoring of Network/MPLS/ILL and recommend bandwidth optimization and best practices

Desired Skills for the Role
1.Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewall, Routing & Switching,
2.Experience in handling Complex Enterprise network/ Data centre on site
3.Good understanding on Active and Passive components of Enterprise network
4.Hand-on experience in working with multiple OEMs for Switch/routing and security devices of Cisco/HPE/Sophos/Juniper/Fortigate etc.
5.Good understanding of IT Security standards, best practices and its implementation
6.Ability to demonstrate to team/management the security best practices and able to implement the same.
7.Excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to Network & security infrastructure.
8.Highly motivated and ready to take ownership
9.Good written & verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate and work with vendors for all network and security related projects

Education Requirements :  BE/B.Tech (Electronics & Communication)/Computer Science/IT,

Certification:  CCNA/CCNP/ Checkpoint Certified Admin CCSA (preferred)

Desired experience :
1.Minimum 8 Years of experience in Technical support L2/L3 in Routing, Switching/Security Domain.
2.Should have completed some enterprise level IT projects like Implementation of Security infrastructure, Access and security policies for corporate/industrial IT network.
3.Must have worked in Enterprise IT security domain as L2/L3 support or Administrator of Firewall/IT security Infrastructure
