The Role - Work closely with the leadership team to build and scale data science capabilities. This role requires ownership, adaptability, and the ability to evolve systems from early-stage execution to scalable processes.

- Model Development & Deployment (40%)
Algorithm design & model optimization
Production deployment & system integration
Model monitoring & performance tracking
Technical leadership & strategic projects
Analytics & Insights (60%)
Statistical analysis & hypothesis testing
Advanced machine learning (ML, AI, Python, Java and other technologies)
End-to-end project life-cycle management
Stakeholder communication & insight presentation
WHAT YOU BRING
Essential Experience
- · 5-8 years in data science in fast-paced environments
· Proven machine learning implementation success
· Strong statistical modelling & ML expertise
· Executive presence & founder collaboration ability
· Exceptional multi-tasking under pressure
