KEY

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Establish data governance standards to strengthen the adoption of Data Policy
Working with cross functional teams as a Data Governance SME to address governance issues and improvements through adoption of SOP, standards, and policy
Creating and maintaining documentation on data policies, procedures, and best practices of data governance and data governance tool related processes
Provide training to users on data governance tools to promote awareness and adherence
Contributing to the overall data governance framework, ensuring compliance to Data Policy
Collaborating with data owners and data stewards to ensure data governance is implemented and followed
Able to work with Informatica as a vendor as there will be technical platform issues that requires coordination and solution
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Data Governance domain, including policy implementation and framework development.
Proven track record in managing data governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra) and ensuring effective adoption across the organization.
Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and integration between applications for accurate data flow and traceability.
Experience in defining and enforcing data standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with data quality principles and ability to collaborate with data stewards and owners to resolve governance issues.
Exposure to regulatory requirements and risk management related to data governance.
Asset Management industry experience is a plus.
