Hiring: E-commerce Executive – Marketplace & D2C Operations

We are looking for a  proactive and hands-on E-commerce Executive  to manage our  marketplace and D2C operations  for our fast-growing skincare startup  Communal .
If you have experience managing  Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Shopify and performance marketing campaigns , this role offers a great opportunity to work in a  high-growth consumer brand environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across  Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit and other marketplaces

• Execute and monitor Amazon Ads / marketplace advertising campaigns

• Work with the marketing team on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Manage and update products on the Shopify D2C website

• Ensure accurate  catalog management, product descriptions, images, attributes and SEO optimization

• Coordinate  product launches, pricing updates and marketplace promotions

• Track performance metrics such as  ACOS, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate

• Monitor  inventory levels across marketplaces and warehouse

• Prepare  weekly and monthly performance reports  and analyze sales trends

✅ Required Skills & Experience
✔ 2–4 years of experience in  E-commerce / Marketplace Operations
✔ Hands-on experience with  Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Myntra, Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
✔ Experience managing  Shopify D2C websites
✔ Understanding of  ACOS, ROAS, CTR and conversion metrics
✔ Strong analytical, operational and coordination skills

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Experience in  skincare, beauty, cosmetics or consumer brands

• Knowledge of  performance marketing and marketplace growth strategies
