The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
Experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies within business intelligence reports.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and visualization.
Familiarity with database querying and data transformation techniques to support business intelligence solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
This position is based at our Pune office.
