Overall 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of experience in process improvement, diagnostics, or process mining.
Hands-on experience in process mining platforms like Celonis, SAP Signavio, or similar tools.
Experience with task mining tools (e.g., SKAN AI, Celonis Task Mining).
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
Experience in working with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
