What You'll Do:

Salesforce developer lead.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, custom development using Apex and LWC, API integrations,AI, Agentforce automation via Flows, data migration, and CI/CD deployments.
This is a technical role suited for someone who can independently own Salesforce end-to-end from platform configuration to code and release management. Skills Required Core Salesforce Administration.
User management, profiles, roles, permission sets, security settings  Custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules  Reports, dashboards, and org health monitoring  Salesforce Admin support. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud  Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, etc.
Case management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channeletc, Email-to-Case, etc. Apex Development Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs Unit testing with 85%+ code coverage, governor limits awareness Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Expertise You'll Bring:

8+ Years Experience Role Summary We are looking for a Salesforce professional with a strong hybrid skill set spanning both administration and.
Custom UI components on the Salesforce platform. AI Agentforce Exeperince.
Customized custom components using LWC and apex controller. API Integration  REST API integrations with external systems Error handling, retry logic, and integration documentation Flows & Automation Record-triggered flows, Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Scheduled Flows .
Should know when to use declarative automation tools like flows and when apex code.
Data Migration  Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools, Data cleansing, transformation, validation, and rollback planning CI/CD & Deployment  SFDX / Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, Metadata API,CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Azure Dev Ops, or similar) .
Git-based version control and release coordination Good to Have Copado release management and CI/CD within Salesforce environments Certification
