Deputy General Manager - Digital Fabric

Job Summary     We are looking for a seasoned  Product Delivery & Governance Manager  with deep expertise in  Thread Span-based solutions, telecom OSS/BSS systems, and non-functional engineering . The role is responsible for ensuring  end-to-end product delivery governance , while driving  performance, scalability, reliability, and security standards  across Thread Span implementations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in  delivery leadership, NFR engineering, and enterprise product environments , ensuring that solutions meet both  functional and non-functional expectations at enterprise scale .

Key Responsibilities    Product Delivery & Governance       Lead  end-to-end delivery governance  of Thread Span product implementations across multiple programs
Define and enforce  delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices
Track and manage  program-level KPIs, SLAs, risks, and dependencies
Ensure alignment between  product, engineering, and customer delivery/Pilot/POC teams
Drive  release planning, milestone tracking, and delivery assurance
Govern  quality gates, compliance, and audit readiness
Non-Functional Engineering (NFR Focus)
Own and define  Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)  across:
Performance & scalability
High availability & resiliency
Security & compliance
Observability & monitoring

Establish  performance benchmarks, load testing strategies, and capacity planning
Lead  performance engineering and optimization initiatives
Ensure resilience through  failover design, DR strategy (Disaster Recovery), and fault tolerance
Define and enforce  SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/SLAs)
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Collaborate with architects to ensure  scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture
Review and approve  solution designs, HLD/LLD, and deployment architectures
Promote adoption of  cloud-native, microservices-based architectures
Ensure compliance with  enterprise architecture standards
Experience & Qualifications              1220 years  of experience in telecom/product engineering
Significant experience in  delivery governance and NFR engineering roles
Bachelors/Masters degree in  Engineering (Computer Science / Telecom / IT)
