Your Role
Design, develop, and maintain UI automation scripts using Java and Selenium Web Driver for web applications.
Create and execute end-to-end automation test scenarios for functional and regression testing.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and Japanese stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Participate in requirement discussions and provide testing insights through effective bilingual (Japanese-English) communication.
Ensure high-quality deliverables by integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines and following best practices.
Your Profile
4+ years of experience in automation testing with strong expertise in Java and Selenium.
Proficiency in Japanese language (B2 / C1 level preferred) with ability to communicate with stakeholders.
JLPT Certification: N3 / N2 / N1 preferred; N4 acceptable if technically strong.
Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, with understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work in a bilingual environment (Japanese & English).
