The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.

Excellent communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
Role - SAP Procurement Consultant - should have retail industry experience
