NetSuite Systems Analyst

Collaborate with Finance team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Work with teams, cross-functionaling to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Support new Net Suite implementations for the X region.
Formulation of project plans to address business system requirements.
Provide hands-on support for the deployment and validation of Net Suite customizations to Production.
Troubleshoot and debug Net Suite Production issues, while following SOX compliance principles (if public company).
Unit test and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for our system customizations and enhancements.
Maintain detailed documentation for system customizations and enhancements.
Design custom saved searches and financial reports.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Net Suite
What Youll Need to be Successful
5+ years of experience with ERP systems and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Net Suite One World.
A minimum of Graduate, with Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) background is plus
Strong experience of Net Suite financial modules, including order-to-cash (invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition), procure-to-pay (purchasing, receiving, accounts payable, and record-to-report (general ledger, fixed assets).
Experience customizing Net Suite, including the building of saved searches and reports.
Experience supporting Finance teams and troubleshooting related system issues.
Track record of gathering our requirements and delivering functional system solutions from those requirements.

Experience with SaaS, subscription, or other recurring revenue business models, understanding of Net Suite integration tools and process flows; exposure to ETL Tool is plus
Understanding of systems integrating with Net Suite; exposure to CRM Tool
Certification in Net Suite Administrator/ERP Consultant is plus.
Experience in unit testing, preparing test scenarios, and understanding of testing methodologies
