Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM solutions to meet business objectives.
Lead a team of administrators, developers, data, and security architects in executing Salesforce platform enhancement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce features to streamline sales processes, improve customer service operations, and enhance user experience.
Manage user access, security settings, data integrity, and system configurations within Salesforce.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Conduct regular end-user training to drive adoption of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
Stay updated on emerging CRM trends and best practices to recommend innovative business solutions.
Manage a dedicated data and security team to build scalable and modular architecture across multiple Salesforce orgs.
Oversee data and security aspects of existing deployments and drive framework standardization initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across CRM implementation, analytics, and process improvement for smooth operations.
Work closely with Dev Ops teams to ensure new deployments comply with the overall data and security framework.
Monitor performance of existing solutions and troubleshoot issues due to evolving business or technology needs.
Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices.
Manage ongoing customer data projects to ensure accurate data delivery across teams and systems.
Implement tools, systems, and processes for robust data hygiene and governance.
Manage multiple Salesforce CRM projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise.
Continuously improve processes, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce development and data/security experience.
Strong enterprise-scale data management expertise.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented with strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM
201).
Experience designing Salesforce Data structures and Security frameworks for large, multi-product deployments.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Dev Ops Engineer, or SAFe Agile.
