Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Continuously update knowledge and skills by staying up to date with the latest Azure cloud technologies and certifications.
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on Azure cloud services.
Familiarity with Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions.
Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, routing, and firewalls.
Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Azure Developer.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and implementing security controls in Azure.
Knowledge of Azure monitoring and management tools, such as Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
Familiarity with ticketing systems.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Hands on experience on Microsoft Azure & AWS Cloud
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers of varying technical backgrounds
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
