This role is responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, and support of Warehouse Management IT systems, primarily Manhattan Associates Active platform (MAWM), with a focus on Outbound processes. The analyst will ensure MAWM solutions are effectively customized, deployed, and maintained to support efficient warehouse operations.
Contribution:
Ensures seamless warehouse operations by delivering optimized MAWM solutions, providing technical expertise, training, and process improvements, while supporting IT operations and cross-functional teams.
Primary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM Outbound processes.
Manage development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of MAWM systems.
Build and optimize a Global Center of Excellence for solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support across multiple countries.
Provide training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of MAWM solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and third-party vendors for seamless integration and operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within MAWM solutions.
Advise the business on new technical capabilities and ensure delivery of desired IT solutions.
Ensure compliance with project delivery methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
Stay updated with developments and best practices in MAWM and warehouse management systems.
Experience &
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in supply chain with specialization in WMS applications.
5+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations, focusing on Outbound processes.
Industry experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, supply chain, and warehouse management systems.
