Additional Details:

Required Skills:

16+ years of experience in Asset Management or related Investment Banking experience.
8+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or Enterprise Data Management.
Strong exposure to Buy-Side Asset Management, Investment Operations, security master data, pricing, reference data, and product data flows.
Proven experience leading data teams in a global matrix environment.
Must have expertise in Collibra
Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, metadata management, and governance controls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms.
Familiarity with data lineage automation tools and governance workflow engines.
Knowledge of Python or SQL for data validation and root-cause analysis (beneficial but not required).
Understanding of ESG data and analytics frameworks.
