Business Analyst responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of business and technology solutions by coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements
Analyze business processes and identify improvements
Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows
Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Support testing, UAT, and project implementation
Track project progress and report insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with Excel, JIRA, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
Experience as a Business Analyst preferred
