We are seeking for a  System Architect  to join our  NI (Network Intelligence) architecture group . This role requires proven experience with leading multidisciplinary design activities, as well as expertise in system performance, benchmarking, observability, and resource management. This role will be instrumental in designing scalable systems that are resilient under load, support auto-scaling, and provide deep visibility into operational metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance engineering, cloud-native environments, and modern observability stacks.

As a Cognyter, you will
Architect and optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud-native and virtualized environments
Design and guide load testing, benchmarking, and performance tuning of critical infrastructure and applications
Implement observability solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, or similar
Develop resource management strategies, including dynamic and auto-scaling based on performance metrics
Establish best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response
Analyze system bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements
Define system specifications based on testing outcomes
Collaborate closely with Engineering and Dev Ops teams to embed performance and observability in system design
Stay updated on emerging technologies in observability, performance engineering, and cloud-native infrastructure

For that mission you will need:
BSc in computer science or equivalent degree
Proven experience as a System Architect or Solution architect in large-scale environments.
Background in system performance engineering
Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures and auto-scaling mechanisms (e.g., Kubernetes HPA).
Strong understanding of load testing tools and benchmarking methodologies.
Hands-on experience with system of systems High-Level and Detailed design, decision making and leading design concepts to development.
Strong understanding of networking, and virtualization technologies
Familiarity with infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices.

Experience with configuration management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have
Experience in capacity planning and sizing
Certification in performance engineering

Experience with distributed tracing and log aggregation tools
Experience working in a global company
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
