We are seeking a skilled Performance Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in SaaS applications, APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud-native environments .
The ideal candidate will focus on performance testing, bottleneck analysis, scalability validation, and system optimization across distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute:
Load testing
Stress testing
Endurance testing
Scalability testing
Perform performance testing across:
SaaS applications
REST APIs
Microservices
ETL/Data pipelines
Prepare test data based on:
API documentation
ETL transformations
Generate synthetic data for database testing
Analyze performance bottlenecks across:
Applications
Databases
Infrastructure
Monitor system performance using APM and observability tools
Validate Kubernetes pod and cluster performance under varying workloads
Collaborate with Dev Ops, QA, and Engineering teams for performance tuning
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines

Monitoring tools:
Grafana
Prometheus
Dynatrace

Programming & Dev Ops
Scripting in Java, Python, or Shell
CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Version control using Git
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Exposure to Kafka and event-driven architectures
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
3–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Engineering
