Summary

AI Powered Tech Talent. You will design, configure, and enhance SAP Success Factors Onboarding solutions while leveraging AI assisted development tools and copilots to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The purpose of this role is to deliver reliable and scalable Onboarding solutions, integrate pre built AI services where valuable, and uplift productivity—without requiring deep LLM/RAG/agentic system development.

Key Responsibilities

Success Factors Functional Delivery

Configure and optimize SF Onboarding processes including new hire workflows, compliance steps, document management, and cross module integrations.

Use AI copilots to draft configuration notes, generate functional specifications, streamline testing cycles, and automate repetitive documentation tasks.

Support end to end delivery—requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration testing, UAT support, deployment, and hypercare.

Coordinate integration of Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruitment, HRIS Sync, DMS, and third party systems.

AI Assisted Productivity

Apply AI assisted tools to accelerate:

Requirement interpretation
Configuration validation
Test script generation
Workflow and documentation creation

Use pre built AI services to enhance onboarding experiences (e.g., automated form validation, document summarization, task prioritization).

Troubleshoot issues using LLM based analysis and guided debugging accelerators.

Governance, Quality & Collaboration

Ensure adherence to data privacy, compliance, audit, and security standards applicable in HR systems.

Participate in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, root cause analysis sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate across HR, technical integration teams, cross module SF teams, and business stakeholders.

Contribute to reusable configuration templates, process documentation, and AI enabled best practice accelerators.

Required Skills & Experience

Success Factors Expertise

Strong hands on experience in SAP Success Factors Onboarding (2.0 preferred).

Understanding of onboarding process flows, compliance forms, document management, transitions, and cross module impacts.

Familiarity with the integration architecture across EC, RCM, RPO, DMS, and external HR systems.

AI Ready Skills

Hands on experience using AI copilots, LLM based documentation tools, and AI enabled impact analysis or testing accelerators.

Ability to integrate pre built AI capabilities (no custom model building or RAG/agentic AI required).

Understanding of responsible AI usage, limitations of AI tools, and safe deployment in HR contexts.

General Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills related to HR workflows.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configuration.

Effective communication and collaboration skills across functional and technical teams.

Continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI assisted work.

Good to Have

SAP Success Factors Certification (Onboarding / Employee Central).

Experience with forms, workflow automations, and document management tools.

Exposure to API based integrations and middleware (CPI, Boomi).

Experience with automated testing frameworks.
