As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business processes.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.

Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.

Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process workflows related to sales and distribution.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
Resource should have retail industry knowledge, as this is retail specific and no traditional order management process
