The Opportunity
As a Developer, you will be a part of the Team supporting Worldline internal ticketing system for which we use Service Now ITSM module and technology. Within this we answer IT needs as well as other process like HR or Facility Management etc. We would like you to be dynamic and creative individual with like-minded attitude. As Service Now ITSM Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical and process day-to-day support as well as developing and enhancing our current platform solutions, based on agreed roadmap and requirements.
Your role is having significant contribution to Worldline Corporate IT Service Delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Work with stakeholders as well as technical and analytical counterparts to define constraints and develop requirements and concept of operations documentations
Develop and implement new Service Now applications and integrations from initiation to completion, to the customer requirements. Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications and automate and improve business processes
As a Service Now Senior Developer, Maintain and support existing developments. Provide conceptual design, prototype, and test cycles appropriate to chosen technical solution. You will be responsible for Design, code and test Reviews, identify technical risks and develop mitigations strategies
Design quality features and propose how the applications and solutions should evolve in the future.
Ability to lead a team, monitor performance, people, SLA/KPI on weekly frequency.
Reporting project health on monthly frequency local and global. Should poses good presentation skills and crisp and clear communication.
Define and enforce Service Now development standards, governance, and best practices (naming conventions, update set strategy, code quality, security compliance)
Design and implement scalable and upgrade-safe solutions, ensuring minimal technical debt and alignment with Service Now platform guidelines
Design and implement robust integration architectures (event-driven, async patterns, retry mechanisms, error handling frameworks)
Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions
Define and maintain technical documentation, HLD/LLD
Who Are We Looking For:

5+ years' experience with Service Now, developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Notify, Asset Management, Service Portal, Agent Workspace
ITIL Foundations Certification.
Service Now certified Application Developer
Expertise with workflows, flow designer, catalog items, Business Rules, Inbound email actions, script includes.
Experience with web service integrations (REST, SOAP), creation of custom web services, Mid Server configuration
Experience with portal development, including creation of custom web components in Service Portal [CSS, Angular JS, node.
JS, Bootstrap Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connections with other database/instances, Web Services
Exposure to testing frameworks (ATF – Automated Test Framework)
Experience with Integration Hub, Spokes
Hands-on experience with Scoped Applications and App Engine Studio
Ability to synthesize solution design information, architectural principles, available technologies, third-party products, and industry standards to formulate a system architecture that meets client requirements and can be delivered within the desired timeframe
