About Position
This is a techno-functional growth and solutioning role that partners with sales, partnerships, and delivery to help drive pipeline, shape client opportunities, and support the growth of Persistent's Data, Analytics, and AI business. The role combines a solid understanding of enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI technologies with consultative problem-solving, account research, solution storytelling, and commercial awareness.
The Consultant / Senior Consultant will help identify opportunities, develop contextual client and industry points of view, support solution positioning, and contribute to account growth and post-deal expansion globally.

What You'll Do
Partner with Sales, pre-sales, partnership, and delivery teams to position and support the commercialization of Persistent's Data, Analytics, and AI offerings.
Conduct account and industry research to identify business priorities, technology needs, whitespace opportunities, and relevant solution plays.
Develop client-specific and industry-specific points of view around offerings that connect Persistent's capabilities to customer needs and business outcomes.
Support the shaping of opportunities across existing and new accounts by contributing to solution narratives, value articulation, and pursuit strategy.
Help define and refine go-to-market approaches based on market demand, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
Create compelling customer-facing content including presentations, solution overviews, executive discussion materials, and opportunity-specific collateral.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discovery discussions to understand requirements and translate them into solution themes and next steps.
Work with Delivery teams to ensure solution intent and client expectations are clearly understood during transition from pursuit to execution.
Contribute to cross-sell and up-sell initiatives by identifying adjacent needs and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Feed customer, market, and field insights back into the evolution of offerings, assets, and solution packaging.
Expertise You'll Bring
5 to 11 years of experience across one or more of the following areas: solutioning, pre-sales, consulting, architecture, or data delivery in medium to large enterprise environments.
Good familiarity with enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI technologies, platforms, and transformation themes.
Ability to understand client business problems and connect them to relevant technology and solution approaches.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured, compelling, and client-relevant presentations and solution narratives.
Comfortable engaging with client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct account research and develop contextual recommendations.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how solution positioning supports pipeline growth and deal progression.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment spanning sales, partnerships, delivery, and CoE teams.
Exposure to partner ecosystems such as hyperscalers, data platform providers, or AI/ data technology partners.
Domain Knowledge in one or more industry verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer, or Industrials.
