Bristlecone - Lead SAP PP​/DS Consultant

Description

Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced Lead SAP PPDS Consultant to join the

SAP Planning Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP/DS with hands-on experience in SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation and support projects, driving production planning and detailed scheduling initiatives, and delivering optimized supply chain solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP PP/DS implementation and support projects.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PPDS solutions.
Configure and support SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS functionalities.
Drive production planning and detailed scheduling process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with SAP modules.
Handle end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and

hypercare support.

Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and deliver effective solutions.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional guidance.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
Support issue resolution, change requests, and production support activities.

Stakeholder Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PPDS consulting.
Hands-on expertise in SAP IBP-PPDS or SAP APO-PPDS is mandatory.
Strong experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
Good understanding of supply chain planning and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Skills :
Experience in manufacturing and supply chain transformation projects.
Exposure to AI-enabled planning and digital supply chain solutions.
SAP certification in PP/DS or IBP will be an added advantage.
