Service Now Architect

What will your role look like:
● Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the Service Now Expert Platform.
● Drive end-to-end solution design across Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
● Architect scalable integrations between Service Now and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
● Provide technical leadership for custom development, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Service Now application development.
● Design modern user experiences using UI Builder and the Service Now Next Experience framework.
● Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance for development teams.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
● Lead technical design reviews, perform code reviews, and mentor Service Now developers.
● Ensure optimal platform performance, security compliance, and maintainability across implementations.

We would like you to bring along
● 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of deep Service Now platform expertise.
● Proven experience designing solutions across CSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
● Strong hands-on experience in Service Now custom development and platform configuration.
● Expertise in Service Now integrations including REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server architecture.
● Experience designing interfaces using UI Builder and Service Now Experience Framework.
● Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, data model design, and development best practices.
● Excellent stakeholder management, solution design, and technical leadership skills.
Required certifications:
● Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
● Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
● Service Now CIS – ITSM
● Service Now CIS – ITOM
