The End User Computing (EUC) Service Delivery / Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Modern Workplace and EUC services across the enterprise. The role ensures a secure, stable, simple, and scalable end-user experience by leading EUC operations, managing service providers, and partnering with business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end service delivery for EUC services including devices, Modern Workplace platforms, user provisioning, endpoint security, and compliance.
Act as EUC Service Owner with accountability for availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Define, track, and improve SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
Manage internal teams and third-party service providers.
Oversee migrations, device refresh, Autopilot/Intune operations, and post-migration support.
Champion user experience, adoption, and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong experience in EUC / Modern Workplace service delivery.
Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Windows OS lifecycle, and endpoint security.
Solid ITIL / ITSM service management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Experience leading global EUC transformations.
Budget and vendor management exposure.
Ability to lead geographically distributed teams.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
