We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Digital Analytics and Quality Analyst.
If you have a passion for digital marketing, analytics, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Quality Analyst to join our team. This role is work from office role and you are responsible for Level 1 triage and batch quality updates, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in data research, quality control, and reporting, with a strong ability to work with structured processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
L1 Triage (SFDC Cases):
Intake and categorize cases based on geography, vertical, revenue, hierarchy, and Tier-2 classification.
Perform first-pass fixes in staging environments when permitted.
Route cases to the on-shore queue with supporting evidence when necessary.
L1 Batch Quality Updates:
Receive and analyze error files (diffs/exception reports).
Research account discrepancies using trusted sources (e.g., D&B, open internet).
Provide corrected batch update files in CSV format with fields including:

Confidence
Weekly Operations Reporting:
Track and report on volume, SLA adherence, correction acceptance rates, rework percentages, defect types, and SOP compliance.
