The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and reliability throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Skills:
Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.
Experience in managing system performance, patching, and upgrades to maintain optimal system health.
Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with database administration and integration points related to SAP systems.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our Pune office.
