Support S/4
HANA conversion and SAP system upgrade activities.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of SAP FICO modules.
Manage and prioritize change requests, enhancements, and project requirements in SAP FICO.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
Provide functional support for Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
Coordinate with technical and functional teams for system improvements and issue resolution.
Ensure system stability and performance during and after upgrades.
Collaborate with business users to understand financial process requirements.
Support incident management and resolution of SAP FICO-related issues.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and changes.
