Key Responsibilities
Support testing new Business cases / Use cases on various network devices.
Proven expertise in building and implementing QA systems, test environments, processes, and tools like
Experience with automation
Experience with Red Hat Linux
Experience using databases
Experience with programming / scripting (C, Java, Python, Perl)
Expertise with VoIP Protocols SIP, SIP-I
Expertise with VoIP Media - RTP/SRTP/RTCP
Expertise with SIPP or similar test tool
Expertise with IXIA or similar test tools
Experience with Microsoft Teams, Cisco UCS/Webex, AVAYA, and other UCC platforms
Experience with Audio, Video, & Web Collaboration Solutions
Experience with OTT applications in a collaboration environment
Experience with PSTN architecture and routing practices
Experience with Ribbon/Sonus, Acme/Oracle, Audio Codes, Metaswitch, Enghouse aka Dialogic
Understanding of Virtualization platforms (RHEVM, VMware, Open Stack)
Understanding of Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud technologies es (AWS/Azure/Google/Open Stack)
Understanding of Layer 2 & Layer 3 network design and standards
Familiarity and understanding of Video (H.264, H.263, H.239, BFCP
Familiarity with H323 & SS7
Certifications (preferred not mandatory)
SSCA, CCNA, CCNP, etc.
Required Skills & Experience B.E. /
B. Tech. with at least 7-11 years of experience in the telecom domain, with strong hands on focus on enterprise voice and UCaaS solutions.
