As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.

Skills:
Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component business applications, AWS API Development Python + AWS
Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to detect system anomalies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
Understanding of software lifecycle and support methodologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
This position is based at our Pune office.
