Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SRM incidents, service requests, and problems.
Ensure SLA compliance and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Support and implement approved changes, enhancements, and new requirements.
Maintain SAP SRM configurations and support ABAP/workflow-based enhancements.
Support integrations between SAP SRM and ECC/S/4, including interface monitoring.
Coordinate transports, deployments, and post production validation as per compliance.
Maintain complete and audit ready documentation in Service Now.
Proactively monitor SRM workflows, jobs, and interfaces to ensure system stability.
Engage with business and stakeholders to provide status updates and operational support.

Proficiency in SAP SRM Techo Functional.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing custom software components within enterprise systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with integration techniques and working with various system interfaces.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SRM.
This position is based at our Pune or Hyderabad office.
