Position: Senior Solution Architect – (Java & Azure)
We are seeking an experienced  Senior Solution Architect  with expertise in Java and Azure to lead transformative projects and drive innovation in modernizing legacy systems.

Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in Java and Azure technologies, providing strategic direction for projects
Architect and design solutions for legacy modernization programs while ensuring alignment with business goals
Build scalable cloud solutions leveraging microservices and modern architecture patterns
Lead technical discussions and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ensure project compliance with technical standards and enforce best practices
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
Conduct deep assessments of legacy mainframe applications and identify potential areas for improvement
Develop modernization strategies such as re-platforming, re-factoring, and cloud migrations
Oversee integration efforts to maintain seamless interaction between modernized systems and legacy systems
Implement quality assurance measures to meet performance, security, and compliance benchmarks
Create and maintain detailed documentation outlining architectural designs and development principles
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to solve complex challenges in modernization initiatives

Requirements
At least 14–19 years of experience in solution architecture and software development
Expertise in Java and Azure with a strong background in modernization technologies
Experience in designing scalable architectures using microservices
Proficiency in reverse engineering legacy systems for modernization purposes
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (Azure Solution Architect experience is mandatory)
Skills in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
Understanding of modernization tools, methodologies, and cloud transformation techniques
Competency in integrating modernized solutions with other systems for seamless performance
Strong communication and leadership aptitude for conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Background in business transformation initiatives and IT modernization strategies
Qualifications in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Showcase of using databases including Postgre

SQL or No

SQL DBs effectively

Nice to have
Familiarity with frontend technologies like React

JS, Angular, and Web Services
Background in JavaScript and API tooling with design best practices
Capability to manage Dev Ops architecture and cloud operations, especially with Azure
Skills in Spring frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch, and Spring REST
Competency in leveraging microservices and RESTful APIs for architectural design
