QA Lead, IT​/Tech, IT QA Tester ​/ Automation

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across data-centric applications. The role involves leading manual, database, and automation testing efforts while ensuring high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Lead manual testing, ETL testing, and database (SQL) testing activities.
Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python for API and data validation.
Track, manage, and report defects, ensuring timely closure and quality sign-off.
Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement in test strategies and automation frameworks.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Strong experience in Test Case Design and execution.
Hands-on experience in ETL testing and data validation.
Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
Experience in test automation using Python.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead QA teams and ensure high-quality deliveries.
