Associate Manager - SAP-SAP IBP Demand Planning

Job Description

As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of SAP IBP within our organization. Your expertise in supply chain planning and hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules will be instrumental in designing and implementing tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP configurations.

Your responsibilities will also include providing ongoing support and ensuring the smooth operation of the SAP IBP system.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze supply chain planning needs.
Translate business requirements into effective SAP IBP configurations and processes.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring their proficiency in using SAP IBP.
Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP IBP, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
Conduct regular reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP IBP system.
Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and best practices, implementing enhancements as needed.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP IBP configurations and processes.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the SAP IBP team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP consulting or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading and managing SAP IBP projects, including project planning and execution.
Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, including master data management and process modeling.
Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP S/4

HANA is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
