Deputy General Manager - Digital Fabric

Job Summary   We are seeking a highly experienced  Senior Solution / Pre-Sales Engineer  with expertise in  Thread Span network orchestration platform . This role is responsible for  driving technical solutioning, customer engagement, and pre-sales support , ensuring alignment between customer requirements and product capabilities.
The ideal candidate will combine  deep telecom domain knowledge ,  Thread Span expertise , and  strong client-facing skills  to support sales, define solutions, and drive successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities    Pre-Sales & Solutioning    Engage with customers to  understand business and technical requirements
Design and present  end-to-end Thread Span-based solutions  for network orchestration and service fulfillment
Support sales teams in  RFP/RFI/RFQ responses , solution proposals, and estimations
Create  solution architecture, high-level designs (HLD)  and integration approaches
Conduct  product demos, PoCs, and technical presentations  to customers
Technical Expertise    Act as an SME for  Thread Span platform or similar , including:
Service orchestration
Workflow design
Network provisioning & activation

Define  integration strategies  with EMS/NMS, and network elements
Design  service models and lifecycle workflows
Provide inputs on  scalability, performance, and deployment architecture
Support definition of  microservices-based and cloud-native solutions
Customer Engagement    Interface directly with  client stakeholders (technical & business)
Translate customer challenges into  solution blueprints
Address technical queries and provide  expert guidance during sales cycles
Build strong relationships and act as a  trusted advisor
Internal Collaboration    Work closely with  product engineering, delivery, and architecture teams
Provide feedback for  product enhancements and roadmap alignment
Ensure smooth  handover to delivery teams  post deal closure
Required Skills & Expertise    Domain Expertise    Strong telecom background in:
Obserability and Configurability systems
Network provisioning & fulfillment
Service orchestration platforms (Thread Span or similar preferred)

Good understanding of:
WAN/LAN/Cloud/End User/DC
Security
Service lifecycle management
Experience & Qualifications     1015 years  of telecom / networking experience
Significant experience in  pre-sales / solution engineering roles
Bachelors / Masters degree in  Engineering (Telecom / Computer Science)
Experience working with  global Enterprise clients  preferred
