Role Name: SAP ABAP HR Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support SAP S/4
HANA HCM technical objects, including enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and conversions.
Develop and optimize ABAP objects aligned with S/4
HANA clean-core principles, including CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, and performance-optimized coding practices.
Support HCM integrations with SAP and third-party systems using OData services, APIs, IDocs, and middleware technologies.
Configure, enhance, and support SAP Fiori applications related to HCM processes.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders to translate HR business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and authorization concepts for HCM and Fiori roles.
Perform SPDD and SPAU activities during S/4
HANA conversion and upgrade projects.
Optimize ABAP code for S/4
HANA migration based on ATC check findings and performance recommendations.
